About: Jan Luke
Jan is an experienced international speaker who has written and presented over 1,800 seminars to over 100,000 participants. She has worked with a variety of organizations including manufacturing and service industries in the public, private, and government sectors. She has taught business management in a baccalaureate program and is an adjunct faculty in a graduate program in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition, Jan has written several articles on management and leadership and is co-authoring two books.
She combines her hands on experience, management proficiency and business acumen to provide quality client services. Her “solution focused” approach gives managers and staff practical tools and techniques for improving work quality and team work. Participants build on their own strengths to achieve measurable success. Clients report improvements in productivity, quality, effectiveness, efficiency and customer service, and declines in turnover and stress.
Jan Luke is a co-founder of Counseling & Training Services, Inc. She has over 30 years experience in business and health. Jan has been described as a “turn around” manager who helps teams achieve all levels of success.
