This workshop will include a discussion on how reward centered habits can lead to addiction. Effective behavioral treatment approaches in the field of addiction will also be considered. The content will include information about cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and contingency management strategies. Finally, the workshop will discuss common ethical dilemmas within the field of addiction.
